1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and eh333 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "eh333"). These Terms apply to all use of the eh333 website, mobile-optimised site, applications, products, services, games, and promotional offers.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus or otherwise participating in any activity on the eh333 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. These Terms supersede all prior communications, representations or agreements between you and eh333 relating to your use of the platform.

eh333 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to eh333 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. eh333 takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request proof-of-age documentation at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all associated funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To open an eh333 account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on eh333 at any given time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any winnings or bonus balances being voided.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

eh333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practice. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of your bKash, Nagad or Rocket account showing the registered mobile number)

eh333 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

eh333 is operated for and targeted at players in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of eh333 complies with any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. eh333 makes no representation that its services are lawful or available in any location outside its intended market.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your eh333 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. eh333 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify eh333 immediately by contacting [email protected]. You should also change your password immediately via the account settings panel.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

eh333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: suspected fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, provision of false registration information, breach of these Terms, or behaviour that eh333 deems harmful to the integrity of its platform or other players.

Players may also request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting support. Please refer to Section 8 (Responsible Gaming) for details of available player protection tools.

3.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. eh333 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied. The inactivity fee will not reduce your account balance below zero.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

eh333 supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. eh333 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on eh333 is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used. Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming deposit limit tools available in their account settings to set personal daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to four hours for verified accounts. eh333 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

Deposits and withdrawals must only be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. eh333 strictly prohibits the use of third-party accounts. Any deposits identified as originating from a third-party source may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on eh333 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a player deposits in a different currency, the conversion rate applied will be determined by eh333 at the time of the transaction. eh333 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on eh333 — including but not limited to the 200% welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions — are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms. These terms are published on each individual promotion page and must be read in full before claiming any offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise stated, only eligible game types count towards bonus wagering — please check individual offer terms for the list of contributing game categories.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

eh333 monitors bonus activity and reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim bonus funds — and any winnings derived from them — in cases where the Platform determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and collusion with other players to exploit promotions.

5.4 Promotion Eligibility

Promotions on eh333 are generally available to all registered, verified players unless stated otherwise. Some promotions may be targeted at specific player segments, game types or time periods. eh333 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Conduct

All games and betting markets offered on eh333 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or relevant section of the platform. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that activity.

6.2 Void Bets and Settlements

eh333 reserves the right to void bets or reverse settlement decisions where a clear and obvious error has occurred in the display of odds, game outcomes or market results. This includes technical errors, data feed failures, or cases where it is evident that a settlement is materially incorrect. eh333's settlement decisions, once confirmed after review, are final.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or betting market. eh333 reserves the right to impose individual stake restrictions on any player account at its discretion, including on accounts where unusual betting patterns have been identified.

6.4 Sports Betting — In-Play Markets

In-play betting markets, including live cricket betting on BPL, IPL and international fixtures, are subject to real-time odds changes. Bets placed during live events are accepted at the odds available at the time of bet confirmation. Delays between a live event and the platform's data feed may occasionally result in bets being accepted at odds that do not reflect the current state of play; eh333 reserves the right to void any such bets identified as materially mispriced due to data lag.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on eh333. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated balances or winnings may be forfeited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain a wagering advantage
• Colluding with other players to exploit games, markets or promotions
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to obtain winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to avoid detection
• Providing false personal information at registration or during the KYC process
• Registering more than one account on the platform
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited
• Any conduct intended to harm, defraud or disadvantage other players or eh333

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the eh333 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game content, data compilations and interface design — is the exclusive property of eh333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell or create derivative works from any content on eh333 without our express written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eh333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failure, server downtime or connectivity issues outside eh333's reasonable control
• Errors or omissions in game results, odds or settlement that have subsequently been corrected
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the platform

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law. eh333's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

eh333 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By registering an eh333 account, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

eh333 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, KYC service providers and fraud detection partners is limited to what is necessary to deliver the services you have requested.

12 Amendments to These Terms

eh333 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of eh333 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the eh333 platform under its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body specified in our licensing arrangements.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
